Privacy Policy Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing

The online store uses the personal data provided by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, email address, and bank details) solely for processing the order and delivering the goods to the buyer. The online store forwards personal data to companies providing delivery services to ensure the goods are delivered.

Personal data is used to manage customer orders and deliver goods. Purchase history data (purchase date, product, quantity, customer details) is used to create an overview of purchased goods and services and to analyze customer preferences. Bank account numbers are used to refund payments to the customer. Personal data such as email, phone number, and customer name are processed to resolve issues related to the provision of goods and services (customer support). The user’s IP address or other network identifiers are processed to provide the online store as an information society service and to compile website usage statistics.

Personal data processing occurs for the purpose of fulfilling the contract made with the customer. Personal data processing is carried out to fulfill a legal obligation (e.g., accounting and consumer dispute resolution).

Personal data is shared with the online store's customer support team to manage purchases and purchase history and resolve customer issues. The name, phone number, and email address are forwarded to the delivery service provider selected by the customer. If the goods are delivered by a courier, the customer's address will also be provided in addition to the contact details. If the online store's accounting is managed by a service provider, personal data is shared with that service provider to perform accounting tasks. Personal data may be shared with IT service providers if necessary to ensure the functionality of the online store or data hosting.

The online store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has expressed their wish by entering their email on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct marketing messages. The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent by email at any time by notifying us via email or following the instructions in the marketing emails.

Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has any complaints regarding the online store, they should be sent to the email address elizabethkorzun@gmail.com.

If the buyer and the online store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may submit the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The conditions for the procedure can be found at https://komisjon.ee/et, where the form for filing a claim is also available. The Consumer Disputes Committee has the authority to resolve disputes arising from contracts between the buyer and the online store. The review of the buyer’s complaint by the committee is free of charge.

The buyer may also turn to the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
